Advocating For the Children and Youth
At MCOHA, we work tirelessly to help make sure that the basic needs of children and young adults are being met, and that they have the best chance at achieving their goals. We advocate for children and youth through immigration and family court, through education services and advocacy, and through access to direct social services and resources.
Accessing Educational Resources and Assistance
Our Justice For All program provides children with after-school tutoring and activities to assist them in improving their academic performance and works with young adults to assist and guide them through the process of pursuing higher education.
Defending Their Immigration Rights
The team from the Center for Citizenship and Legal Immigration works with children and young adults to provide them with high-quality legal representation. Cases may include Asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile, family petitions, among other cases. Our expert attorneys work tirelessly to give the children and young adults the best chance at legalizing their immigration status, and the best chance at achieving their goals.
Providing Access to Critical Social Services
We believe it is important to ensure all the needs of the children and young adults we serve are being met. That is why at MCOHA, they also have access to all of our critical social services resources that help maintaining a safe environment in which they can grow and reach their full potential.
